Straight Line Connection
ASAP developed its own proprietary frame profile with a groove. A shear bar is placed into the groove of opposing panels for a solid connection. The shear bar guarantees ballistic protection against projectile hitting between panels. It also absorbs the lateral shocks created during a blast or a forced entry attack.
Inside and Outside Corners
Special L-Profiles allow to create outside and inside corners. Two shear bar elements are welded to the profiles to provide the same benefits described above.
Windows and Doors
We can offer special panels with integrated door and window frames. The transparent window is UL Level 8 and consists of multi-layered glass. Those panels are made to order and quoted separately.
