Fencing

A coordinated attack on the electric substations could threaten the energy supply to a large part of the country. In the 2013 sub-station attack, shots were fired into the radiators of giant transformers, disabling but not destroying them. The utility company said damages came to $15.4 million. This year, Jon B. Wellinghoff, the then chairman of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, which has jurisdiction over grid security, said the attack was “the most serious domestic terror attack on the power grid.” Our new s-Wall panels could save hundreds of millions. Using the 12 foot s3-Wall panels horizontally would also save on the number of fence posts. The panels are staggered to vent blast forces from an explosion.
